New business reality
“Until recently, the companies competed with each other mostly with the low work costs or low price, but this stage is over” says Grzegorz Dzik, the Chairman of the Western Chamber of Commerce – the Employers and the Employees.
“We live in a totally different reality now. The product, digitalisation of processes, new technologies, applications are what counts. The labour market is changing quickly. As recently as two years ago, the employees competed for vacancies, and at the moment the employers seek for the employees. It is a completely new world. These conditions trigger the best in Polish people – entrepreneurship and innovation. They have good years ahead, however, now without the cooperation of three platforms: business, science and local governments. Also, the cooperation between companies is necessary.”
