New Investment by Panattoni Europe

Panattoni Europe is planning another investment in Wrocław Agglomeration. This time, it is to develop an industrial and logistics centre in Cesarzowice, administrative district of Kąty Wrocławskie. The facility will feature 26.8 thousand sq m of leasable floor area. The design was developed by the chillHouse architecture studio. The new investment is expected to ensure a few hundred new workplaces. Panattoni Europe is a developer of industrial facilities. Since the beginning of its operation in Poland, i.e. the year 2005, it has delivered development projects totalling 2.5 million sq m of floor area. The company supports local business by delivering multifunctional production and warehousing developments catering for a variety of needs.
