Because of the agreement, which Cezary Przybylski, marshal of Lower Silesia voivodship and Renata Granowska, manager of Lower Silesian Intermediary Institution signed with National Economy Bank (NEB) to Lower Silesia’s companies will be given more than PLN 750 m. The support is aimed to small and medium enterprises and unemployed people, who want to begin their own company. Signing an agreement about cooperation during realization of this project took place on the 30th of November 2017 in the Ministry of Development in Warsaw. According to the agreement a financial operator for Lower Silesia will be National Economy Bank. It will choose the financial suppliers, whose duty will be to create financial instruments for micro, small and medium enterprises and unemployed people, who want to run their own business. Among help forms there will be a possibility to find for instance microloans, credits and guarantees. Agreement between the voivodship and National Economy Bank will be up-to-date till 2023. It was signed also by seven other voivodships, which agreed to cooperate with NEB. National Economy Bank will divide almost PLN 1,5 bn for business development. Source: umwd.dolnyslask.pl
