The company Volvo Polska has received the prestigious Top Employers certification already for the eighth time. This year's study dedicated to the work conditions at Poland's key employers looked at methods of new employee induction, professional development opportunities, and organisational culture, among other things.

The international study conducted every year by Top Employers Institute picks leading global employers, i.e. those creating excellent work conditions and caring for talent and its development at all echelons while striving for continuous improvement of employment related practices.

According to the procedure applied by Top Employers, a company must meet a number of requirements to obtain a certification. The participants must undergo a process of detailed examination involving a questionnaire of best HR practices, which allows in-depth analysis of work conditions in the organisation. An independent audit of all answers is an additional guarantee of the process's correctness and accuracy.

Top Employers Institute assessed employment policies in the following categories: 

• Talent development strategy • Planning human resources • New employee on-boarding • Training and development • Performance management • Leadership skills development • Career development and succession planning • Pay and benefits • Organisational culture
