Companies based in Wrocław were distinguished in the Great Place to Work contest. The List of the Greatest Places to Work is considered one of the most important awards for employers.
The Great Place to Work contest is organised by Great Place to Work Institute. This year, honourable mentions were awarded to cities of Poland for the tenth time. 3M Global Service Center Poland based in Wrocław was awarded for the second year in a row. Reliability, respect and honesty
The competition awards companies that set good management practices and promote reliability, respect and honesty among their employees. Enterprises compete in three categories, depending on the size of their employment. In 2017, 3M GSC made its debut in the competition, receiving an honourable mention in the category for medium-sized enterprises. This year for the first time the company competed in the highest category (over 500 employees), taking the 7th place. In addition, 3M GSC received the title of the Spokesperson of the Ethics Standard awarded by United Nations Global Compact Network Poland.
Trans.eu Group S.A. based in Wrocław among the best employers
Trans.eu Group S.A was placed in the 3rd place on the Great Place to Work list among companies employing up to 500 people. It is the best place to work in the Lower Silesia province and the only company with Polish share capital among the ones awarded with honourable mentions. Trans.eu Group S.A. participated in the contest for the first time.
The company was established in Wrocław in 2004 and currently has 10 office branches in Europe and Asia
Trans.eu Group is a technological company that supports the transport industry. The main product of the company, the transport platform, is today one of the most necessary tools for working in this industry. Trans.eu Group employs almost 300 people, and the entire capital group employs approximately 600 people.
