It is now possible to use the simplified mode establishing and registering the limited liability company, the so-called S24 mode. In this mode, the company registration is executed through the Internet. The articles of association shall be made using the standard contract. There is no possibility of any shaping of the agreement, the advantage is, however, the lack of a notarial deed, no hassle and expense of notarial tax and the speed of registration. Registration procedure may take about 1-2 hours, and the company obtains KRS number within 24 hours.
