Campus Recruitment is the latest project of the Career Office at Wrocław University of Science and Technology

The idea behind the initiative is to enable meetings of interested students and employers seeking young talent. Campus Recruitment is a set of events along with accompanying attractions and competitions. Thanks to CV consultancy desks, quick recruitment procedures and discussion panels, it provides students and graduates with comprehensive preparation for applying for specific positions while making it easier and faster for representatives of companies to find the right, talented candidates. The project's unquestionable advantage is the instant feedback – a constructive opinion about how the candidate was perceived and what were their strengths and weaknesses. Campus Recruitment is a process comprising 3 stages: - presentation of employers and job offers on the online portals of the Career Office as well as candidates' applications, - Recruitment Time, being the climax of the project, during which students will have an opportunity to meet almost 50 companies, submit their CV and undergo a quick recruitment process by attending a fast interview, - and also the days of quick recruitment run by companies at the university in conditions comfortable for both the student and the employer. During the two days' Recruitment Time, thousands of students and graduates interested in the development of their careers will visit companies' stands in search of the ideal employer. Students and graduates will gain an opportunity not only to directly access the newest job offers and internships, but also take part in fast recruitment sessions run by businesses during Campus Recruitment. For employers, it is a chance to reach the best students and graduates as well as quickly and effectively verify candidates. Participation in such a prestigious event ensures an opportunity to build a positive image of a company in the academic milieu and reach almost 35 thousand students.
