Intive is the name of the new brand which originated from a merger of three companies owned by Enterprise Investors: the Polish SMT Software Services, Polish-Finnish BLStream, and the German enterprise Kupferwerk. The launch of Intive was a response to the market's growing demand for advanced IT solutions resulting from the digital transformation. Thanks to the consolidation, the company is capable of competing against the largest software developers operating globally. Its body of work includes projects delivered to companies including Audi, Volkswagen, BBC, ING, Deloitte, T-Mobile, Orange and Play. Currently, the enterprise employs over 1,200 staff, 1,050 in Poland (540 of whom work in Wrocław), 100 in Germany, and about 50 in the other countries where it operates, i.e. in Finnland, the UK, and the USA, boasting estimated revenues of 60 million EUR as of the end of 2016. By 2019, Intive plans to double its revenues and number of staff. "By the end of 2016, we will have employed about 500 people, while by the end of 2018 the number of our staff will have risen up to as many as 2,000. Every month, we are hiring from 50 up to as many as 100 IT specialists at the 9 locations in Poland and our two German branches - in Munich and Regensburg. We opened the last of the mentioned units this year” – says Ludovic Gaude, Intive CEO.   Source: http://itwiz.pl Fot: http://ccnews.pl/2016/09/13/startuje-intive/
