Logintrans, a company specialising in transport and freight forwarding, intends to build a modern technology and office centre in Wrocław. The company is applying for the investment’s inclusion in Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “Invest-Park”. The resolution on the expansion of the zone is to be passed by the city councillors in a session to be held on May 18, 2017. Logintrans operates on the transport and freight forwarding market. The company specialises in innovative solutions allowing optimisation of processes and reduction of costs in the broadly understood road transport sector. The company has branches in a few locations, so the development of a new facility has become necessary. Logintrans technology Centre in Avicenny St. The company intends to develop a modern technology and office centre in 20 thousand sq. m. premises in Avicenny St. to ensure conditions for its further development in the areas of e-economy and digital technologies (including, first and foremost, further growth of the Trans.eu platform). The new facility is expected to employ 100 people. The company wants to funnel 100 million PLN into the investment. Operation in the Special Economic Zone The companies representatives stress that the final amount of the investment outlay to be incurred by it as well as the increase in its employment volume will depend on the extent of state aid it will receive. Therefore, the company is applying for the investment’s inclusion in Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “Invest-Park”. Thanks to the operation in the zone, the company may be exempt from CIT. Logintrans in 45 countries  Logintrans Sp. z o.o. was established in 2003 by a group of Polish entrepreneurs. The company is, both in terms of capital structure and financing, a 100% domestic business entity (100% share of Polish natural persons), currently employing about 250 staff.
