Record passenger volume of the Lower Silesian Railways

Over 2.2 million passengers used the Lower Silesian Railways’ services in the first quarter of 2017 – a half a million increase on the volume recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year meaning the Company’s best result so far. In the first quarter of last year, the services of the Lower Silesian Railways were used by 1.7 million passengers. Twelve months later, the number has increased by 500 thousand to reach over 2.2 million people. Never before in its history has the Company carried so many passengers over one quarter. - Modern and comfortable trains, timetables catering to passengers’ needs, an attractive range of ticket options, and continual development make up our recipe for success. Residents of the region appreciate our offer, a testimony to which is the continuously growing number of people choosing the services of the Lower Silesian Railways. Last year was a record - we carried as many as 7.3 million passengers.
