1,000 New Workplaces in Trzebnica

Perfand is the first Polish company which decided to develop its production plant in Trzebnica. The facility produces LED lighting for industrial sheds, street lamps and residential developments. The target investment outlay is to amount to a few dozen million PLN, with 1,000 people expected to be employed at the facility. 1,000 workplaces The owner of Perfand Andrzej Trawiński pledged: - I'd like the plant to employ a target workforce of 1,000 people, but the development of hires will be strictly connected with production volume growth. The plant was previously my unfulfilled dream, which – in the favourable conditions I found in the administrative district of Trzebnica – I'm now gradually translating into reality. Thanks to this, I'll have my satisfaction, while the residents will find employment in a sector with good development prospects. I feel that I'm connected to this area; I live nearby. We'd bought a plot here earlier, and thanks to our good cooperation with Mayor Marek Długozima an access road has been built here. Now we only need to wait for the first positive results of the production launch – benefiting both me and the administrative district of Trzebnica – said Andrzej Trawiński. Workforce recruitment - All products must be registered, so currently our lighting is undergoing tests. Once they are completed, and when we have the relevant seals of approval and certificates, we will begin larger scale production and also start the process of workforce recruitment. We must be sure that our lighting meets all required standards - being an indicator of a new quality on the developing LED lighting market. It must be pointed out that all of the designs have been developed by me.  – says Andrzej Trawiński, the main investor and owner of Perfand, in a conversation with the online service trzebnica.pl. - We're already testing production of road lamps, so this energy-efficient technology is very likely to be used in the future to provide light to the whole administrative district of Trzebnica - says the investor.
