This Privacy Policy applies to the use by the Users of the www.invest-in-wroclaw.pl website (hereinafter: the ‘service’) operated by the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency S.A. and defines the principles of processing all information of a personal data nature collected in connection with the use of the service by the Users.
Individuals visiting the service have control over their personal data. The website limits the collection and use of their users' information to the minimum required to provide services to them at the desired level, pursuant to Article 18 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

The Administrator attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data of the website users and, with due care, selects and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data. The Administrator protects personal data from being made available to unauthorised persons, as well as from being processed in violation of applicable laws. The controller has implemented a data protection policy.

The use of the Service does not require the user to register or provide personal data. Personal data of all persons using the Service (such as IP address or other identifiers, as well as information collected through cookies or other similar technologies that may constitute personal data), are processed by the Administrator exclusively for the purpose of ensuring proper operation of the Service - the legal basis for the processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f RODO), consisting in ensuring the functionality of the Service, including for technical, administrative purposes, for the purposes of ensuring the security of the IT system and for the management of that system.

If you subscribe to the newsletter offered by ARAW in connection with the Invest in Wroclaw project, it is necessary for the provision of this service to process your personal data provided during the subscription. The administrator processes your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter on the basis of Article 6(a) RODO, i.e. on the basis of your consent. Details regarding the dispatch of the newsletter, enrolment, unsubscribing will be described and communicated to you in separate regulations concerning this service invest-in-wroclaw.pl/regulation-newsletter.
- messages via the contact form
In the case of directing correspondence via the contact form on the website, personal data provided in this way will be processed on the basis of Article 6(f) of the RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator to conduct communication and resolve the matter to which the correspondence sent relates.
- Cookies files
The website automatically collects data contained in cookies. Cookies are understood to be computer data, in particular text files, stored on the users' terminal equipment for the use of the website. Cookies are used by the Administrator for the sole purpose of operating the website, including to recognise the user's device and display the pages in a manner tailored to the user's individual needs, as well as to create anonymous website statistics and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of website use.

- Service use data
1) Google Analytics - The website uses Google Analytics to learn about user preferences. Information on how Google uses data from sites using their services can be found on Google's website. The purpose of the Administrator's data processing via Google Analytics is to analyse the activity of users using the website. This data is collected by automated means and, in accordance with Google's assurances, is anonymised.

2) Google Tag Manager - The Website uses Google Tag Manager tools to control the User's use of the Website. Google LLC cookies associated with the Google Tag Manager service are used for this purpose. As part of the cookie settings, the User can decide whether or not to consent to their use.

3) YouTube - YouTube widgets can be embedded on a website, allowing users to directly play videos available on YouTube. YouTube is operated by Google LLC. The videos are embedded on the website in a privacy-protected mode. According to the information provided by YouTube, this means that no cookies are stored on the user's device, nor does Google collect any information about the user until the recording is played. When the recording is played, YouTube saves its own cookies on the user's device and receives information about the playback of the recording from the website. By playing the recordings available on YouTube, the user uses the service of Google LLC, which is a stand-alone electronic service provider, independent of the Administrator.

- Recipients and data transfer
Your data may be shared with other entities that provide services on behalf of the Administrator, based on the contracts concluded and its instructions. These entities are not authorised by the Administrator to use or disclose this information other than as necessary to provide services on behalf of the Administrator or to comply with legal requirements. Primarily these will be entities providing IT services, legal services. The Administrator may also share your data with authorised entities if required to do so by law.
Personal data may be transferred to a third country due to the Administrator's use of:
Google LLC, headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043 USA (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, YouTube) whereby this entity obtains the data as a processor and is not entitled to use it for its own purposes. Standard contractual clauses (Article 46 RODO) apply as an appropriate safeguard. For more information regarding Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and YouTube, please refer to section 4.
- The period of data processing
The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing. As a general rule, the data will be processed for the period of service provision, until the withdrawal of the granted consent or until an effective objection to the processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The processing period may be extended where the processing is necessary for the establishment and investigation of possible claims or the defence against claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. At the end of the processing period, the data are irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
With regard to cookies, data may be processed until the User changes the settings. Changes to the settings regarding cookies can be made via the cookie settings in the footer of the website.
The data provided by the User contained in the cookies will be stored for the period indicated in the cookie settings available in the footer of the website.
- Rights of the data subject
Any person who has provided their personal data has the following rights:
- access to the content of his/her data, the purposes and means of their processing
- to rectify the data
- to have the processing restricted
- to erase the data
- to data portability,
- to object to the processing.
In addition to the rights referred to above, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data granted on this basis at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed by the Controller prior to its withdrawal. Upon being informed of the withdrawal of consent, the Administrator will immediately take action to erase the stored data in the absence of any other legal basis for processing.
The data subject may exercise the rights referred to above by contacting the Controller using the contact details indicated in paragraph 8 below.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if the person considers that the processing of the data by the Controller infringes the provisions of the applicable law, in particular the provisions of the RODO.
- Final remarks
This Privacy Policy is subject to change, due to technological developments and modification of existing standards. Therefore, the Administrator may periodically revise the Privacy Policy of the website in order to introduce the most up-to-date regulations, both legal and technological.
