2021 World Entrepreneurship Week. Conference at WPT
Wroclaw is entrepreneurial - this is the slogan of a hybrid conference organized on November 9 by the Wroclaw Technology Park as part of the World Entrepreneurship Week. Participation in it is free.
Global Entrepreneurship Week is an international event promoting various forms of economic activity. This year it will be held on November 8-14.
In Wroclaw, we will celebrate it, talking about what makes our city enterprising. The hybrid conference "Wroclaw is entrepreneurial" is organized by the Wroclaw Technology Park, which is the place of activity for over 200 companies, but also the initiator of social campaigns promoting entrepreneurship.
- On November 9, we will meet at the Wroclaw Technology Park, but also online to talk about what is most important to us, i.e. entrepreneurship, and how it can design the future of each of us - says Maciej Potocki, president of WPT.
Let's talk about entrepreneurship. There is no macro without the micro
The meeting agenda includes two discussion panels. The first one will be devoted to Wroclaw's micro-entrepreneurship and will sum up the project "Without micro, there is no macro". It will be attended by representatives of WPT and campaign ambassadors, including the Lower Silesian Chamber of Crafts, the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce, the University of Economics, the Economic Development Office of the Wrocław City Hall and the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency.
The discussion will be preceded by the premiere of the report "Without micro, there is no macro", which sums up the study of Wroclaw's micro-entrepreneurship and presents the challenges and needs of local micro-enterprises.
The second discussion panel will show that entrepreneurship has many names. It will be a summary of meetings about Wroclaw entrepreneurship, held under the slogan "Entrepreneurship designs the future". It will be attended by representatives of WKS Sląsk Wroclaw, MPWiK in Wroclaw, MOPS in Wroclaw, Wroclaw Center for Social Development, Wroclaw Senior Center and MPK Wroclaw. It will be an opportunity to see that entrepreneurship is not only business, but also an energetic attitude, taking up your own initiatives, and being active in various areas of life.
Registration for the conference "Wroclaw is enterprising"
Participation in the "Wroclaw is enterprising" meeting is free of charge. The event will be held at WPT, but anyone willing can register for its virtual version.
