3M is a TOP Employer in Poland in 2017

3M was awarded the title of TOP Employer in Poland 2017. The award was presented by Polskie Towarzystwo Wspierania Przedsiębiorczości SA (Polish Association of Supporting Entrepreneurship), the publisher of PulsHR.pl and Portalsamorzadowy.pl, and organizer of the European Economic Congress. The idea of the Top 10 Employers in Poland 2017 competition is acknowledging the achievements of the outstanding companies which have a significant influence on economic development in the region and serve the role of responsible employers and promoting them. On the 15^th of November this year, during the official gala held in Katowice, 3M Poland was appreciated for, among others, influence on economic development in the region and labour market, innovation, relations among employees and co-operation with the local community. “The constantly changing labour market inspires us in executing the strategy of developing our corporate identity as the employer.
