For years, Wroclaw has attracted the attention of investors as one of the most dynamic economic and technological hubs in Central and Eastern Europe. In order to help future and current entrepreneurs planning their ventures precisely in the capital of Lower Silesia, the report “Driven by Knowledge, People & Innovation 2024” was created. In it you can find detailed data on key economic sectors, available infrastructure resources and innovation potential. It was prepared as part of the Invest in Wroclaw project, implemented by the Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency.

In developing this initiative, we focus on a proactive and comprehensive approach to attracting foreign investors and supporting investments at every stage of their implementation. We are creating dedicated tools and strategies to promote Wrocław even more effectively as a dynamically developing economic and technological hub.

Compendium of knowledge about business in Lower Silesia

The “Driven by Knowledge, People & Innovation 2024” report is a guide to the Lower Silesian investment market. Among the key information included:

• analysis of the high-tech sector - Wroclaw recognized as an innovation leader in Poland and one of the most dynamic players in Europe
• a guide for investors - from site selection to implementation of construction projects with minimal risk
• information on cooperation between business and universities, supporting the development of R&D and IT centers

The new edition of the publication was prepared in cooperation with experts from companies such as CBRE, Michael Page, JP Weber, Atlas Ward and Olesinski & Partners. These partners shared their knowledge, analysis and best practices to help investors understand local realities and successfully execute their activities.
