A large investment near Wroclaw has been launched. Ideal place for e-commerce industry
Another big investment is being launched near the A4 highway. A new logistics park will be built there, which will be tailored to the needs of the e-commerce industry. P3 Logistic Parks has already started construction of a huge warehouse. The area of the entire park will be 265,000 sqm. Although it is only just being built, it has already found a tenant who will occupy the entire facility in the future. New jobs will soon be created there as well.
P3 Wroclaw 1 is a logistics park under construction in Katy Wroclawskie, right next to the A4 highway, which is part of the transport corridor connecting Berlin, Wroclaw, Krakow and Ukraine. For companies in the trade industry, this will enable efficient distribution of goods not only in Poland, but also abroad.
Another big plus of this location is that the junction connecting the A4 freeway with the Wroclaw A8 ring road can be reached in just a quarter of an hour.
Warehouses tailored to e-commerce
According to representatives of P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, the facility under construction offers excellent warehouse conditions, but also fosters innovative logistics solutions, which is crucial for rapidly growing e-commerce companies.
An unquestionable advantage of the facility is its excellent location near Wroclaw. The strategic location in the industrialized region of Upper and Lower Silesia makes our park a key player in the logistics sector.

Ecology at a high level
The warehouses under construction in Katy Wroclawskie will be equipped with many environmentally friendly solutions. The buildings will be certified under the BREEAM system at the "Excellent" level. During their construction, solutions will be used to promote the efficient use of natural resources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and recycle materials. These will include special panels to insulate the building from external factors and a roof with a reinforced structure that will allow the installation of photovoltaic panels in the future.
They will save energy, recover water
Energy-saving LED lighting will be installed in warehouses, along with an automatic control system. On the other hand, taps in bathrooms will be activated by infrared.
The buildings under construction at P3 Wroclaw 1 will be equipped with gray water recovery systems and an astronomical clock. Electric car charging stations and covered bicycle shelters will also be built on the site.
With employees and insects in mind
The facility will also include a relaxation area for all employees. In turn, insect hotels will be created in the investment's surroundings, and numerous trees and shrubs will be planted, which do not require artificial irrigation and increase biodiversity.
The facility will also be adapted to the requirements of the e-commerce industry.
