TriQube is a modern business incubator, where optimal conditions will be created for the development of young companies operating in the energy, IT and electronics industries. At their disposal there will be not only modern offices, but also specialized equipment allowing the development of research and business activities. In addition to multifunctional space, the building will house laboratories for robotics and automation, 3D printing, photogrammetry technologies and ICT technologies.

Space to stimulate creativity

According to the investors, the main idea behind the construction of the incubator was to create a space that is friendly, stimulates innovation and spurs creativity.

The triQube incubator is being built with entrepreneurs in mind, but also students and graduates of Wroclaw universities who will start their businesses here.

Preferential conditions for entrepreneurs, students and university graduates

Business owners who decide to take advantage of the incubator's offer will gain preferential access to the necessary business infrastructure, coworking space and conference rooms, including a large room where up to 200 people can meet. Special tele-rooms and intimate business rooms adapted for b2b conversations will be an innovative solution.

The energy, IT and electronics industries, to which we are directing this investment, are at the same time Lower Silesia's smart specializations - areas on which we want to base our development.

Construction of the incubator has already begun

The design of the building was created by Q2Studio, and the construction contractor is a consortium of Mosty Lodz S.A. and Magnitudo Sp. z o.o..

The value of the investment is more than 53 million PLN, 40 million of which is a subsidy from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

Construction of the incubator has already begun. The first companies will be able to start their activities there in a year's time
