Marta Szczepaniak, si bee
In 2017, after leaving her full-time job, Marta Szczepaniak opened her own company. She is the founder and owner of the si si bee cosmetic brand.
- I created the company myself, from scratch. Since September 2021, I have been a proud employer for one person. For 25 years, Wrocław has been my city to live in, but it turned out to be the most difficult market challenge. I make up for the lack of marketing knowledge with a well-developed intuition, without which I would not be where I am. Thanks to my own company, I learned not to be afraid - she emphasizes.
