Concordia Design Accelerator is part of the Poland Prize project organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). Its aim is to attract foreign innovators to Poland, enable them to set up a company, and then connect with representatives of VC funds or mature enterprises. All this is to test the solution developed by the startup and help the young company achieve business success.
As part of the program, startups can receive substantive support, new contacts, as well as free equity grant of up to EUR 65 000.
Originators from all over the world can apply for the program. Ideally, young companies should
develop solutions in the field of industry paths: Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity or Smart City. However, this is not a necessary condition.
The programme has already proven its effectiveness - each round brings more applying founders, business partners and active collaboration. 
- In the previous two calls, more than 160 startups from 30 countries applied to our programme. 4 of them are intensively developing on the Polish market thanks to the cooperation with business partners under acceleration. Another 14 are taking their first steps in Poland within the Soft Landing and Development phases – says Ewa Kaucz, Head of Concordia Design Accelerator. -  We are pleased to see startups cooperating with international brands, Polish champions, VC funds and public entities

Startups participating in the Concordia Design Accelerator are having their first successes

The third call for applications takes place in a dramatic political situation. Russian aggression on Ukraine shocked deeply public opinion all over the world. 
 - We would like to emphasize our admiration and full support for Ukrainian founders and their teams. Despite all the tragic circumstances, they refuse to give up on their dreams and keep on working with courage and determination

The call for projects for the third round will last until May 2. You can apply through the
program’s website. The list of accepted startups will be announced on June 6.
Concordia Design Accelerator will run until October 2023. In total, there are five startup recruitment rounds (two more left).
