Cooperation with this leaseholder is a source of great satisfaction for us. We are pleased that the company has chosen our facility to locate its first plant in Poland. Our offer, combined with the strategic location of Prologis logistic parks near the transport infrastructure, encourage leaders of various industries to cooperate with us.

Prologis Park Wroclaw - logistics center

Nearshoring - companies decide to move production from Asia to Europe. Why do investors choose Wroclaw?

Our client was keen to choose an investment that guarantees convenient connections to Germany and Western European countries. The offer of Wroclaw itself was also key. It is a city with a very strong brand in the opinion of foreign investors, who value this agglomeration, among other things, due to its abundant labor market. It's also worth noting that the fact of opening a new factory in this location is a tangible example of nearshoring - companies decide to move production from Asia to Europe, because it brings them closer to their target markets and the end consumer, and also translates into greater security of supply chains.
