At Work: Workplace Inspiration Day – a hub for discussions about the future of work

At Work is not just another industry meeting. It is a day-long journey through the latest trends in workplace design, facility management, HR, and ESG. From noon until late evening, participants will take part in practical workshops, inspiring discussions, and Open Space sessions, where they themselves decide what they would like to talk about.

In the evening, participants will celebrate the 5th anniversary of Zonifero, the event organizer. It's a time for inspiring speeches, live music, and meetings that often become the beginning of long-term business relationships.

At Work is more than a conference – it's an all-day experience

From early afternoon, the Workplace Inspiration Zone will be open in the MidPoint71 lobby, where participants will learn about the latest office technologies and test them in practice. This is a great opportunity to talk to suppliers of innovative solutions, exchange experiences, and find inspiration for changes that can be implemented immediately.

The workshop program has been designed to provide participants with knowledge that they can put into practice right away. Experts will talk about how to improve acoustics and sound management in the office, how to create eco-friendly and efficient spaces without costly renovations, and how scent, aesthetics, and order affect employer image and team engagement. There will also be topics related to ESG and the circular economy, which are increasingly influencing the way offices are designed and used.

The workshops will be led by Marta Jędrzejczak-Woronowicz (A+V), Ireneusz Tułacz (A+V), Piotr Zembowicz (Glass System), Rafał Skucha (CleanHero), Magdalena Witecka (CleanHero), Bartosz Chmielewski (ESG Asset Expert) and other experts.

A unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of modern offices

Another highlight of the event will be an Office Tour of the MidPoint71 spaces – a unique opportunity to visit offices that are normally only accessible to employees. Participants will see how modern offices function “behind the scenes” learn about solutions that work in practice, and discover the secrets of everyday management of such spaces.

Participants will choose the topics for discussion!

The Open Space format is another feature that sets At Work apart. Here, participants decide what they want to talk about by choosing the topics that interest them most. This format allows you to freely join different groups, switch discussions, and contribute your experiences to the conversation.

The experts supporting the discussions will include Seweryna Afanasjew, Monika Łożyńska-Taras (BAT) and Małgorzata Golatowska (3M).

Evening cocktail party to celebrate Zonifero's 5th anniversary

Jacek Ratajczak (Zonifero) will take the stage to talk about the company's development and the trends shaping the future of workplaces. Norbert Nowacki (ARAW) will take participants on a journey through the history and metamorphosis of Powstańców Śląskich Street – from a representative district of pre-war Wroclaw, through the times of the Polish People's Republic, to today's modern office buildings. After the substantive part, the Blue Jay band will take the stage, and a DJ will lead the musical finale.

Sports warm-up – 3x3 Basketball Tournament

The day before the main event, on August 27, a 3x3 Basketball Tournament will be held on the court next to Centrum Południe, under the patronage of WKS Śląsk. Company teams will compete in the sporting competition, and the accompanying energy and excitement will be a perfect introduction to a day full of inspiration.
