The representatives of BSH Home Appliances stress that the Service Quality Star is an important distinction, because it is granted by consumers to the friendliest companies in Poland. The customers evaluate nearly 45,000 companies from 200 industries in a survey and on the dedicated website jakoscobslugi.pl. The evaluation covers the competence of the personnel, professionalism, customer service process, commitment, and individualised approach to the consumer. The companies rated highest by consumers receive the prestigious Service Quality Star award.

Krzysztof Nagodziński, a member of the Management Board of BSH Home Appliances, notes that BSH has been distinguished with the Service Quality Star for years. However, this year’s award is of special importance, because it was granted during the coronavirus pandemic.

‘We sincerely thank you for such a valuable award. We are very happy to know that consumers have put so much trust in us for years. It is the best proof of recognition for us. I would particularly like to thank the BSH Factory Service. Technicians of BSH service react promptly to our customers’ requests every day. The pandemic has shown how demanding and full of genuine commitment their work is,’ says Krzysztof Nagodziński.

Trust, openness, and future

The representative of the Management Board of BSH adds that the Service Quality Star title is a signal for current and potential customers, employees, business partners, and contractors of the company. The values followed by the company in its business activity became appreciated.

‘At BSH, the key values are trust, joint responsibility, openness, and the future-oriented approach. Business activity based on values makes it possible to create and implement new technological solutions, digital services, and innovative household equipment,’ adds Krzysztof Nagodziński.

Top standards and quality

The Service Quality Star of the Decade 2010–2020 and Service Quality Star 2020 titles are awarded within the scope of the Polish Service Quality Program that monitors the customer satisfaction level in Poland. It has helped build relations between companies and consumers for 13 years. It is the only survey of this kind in Poland, which helps emphasise the importance of satisfaction in business and economy and the need to analyse customers’ changing needs on a constant basis.

Bosch and Siemens household articles

BSH Home Appliances Sp. z o.o. is a part of the international company BSH Home Appliances Group. The company offers household articles of Bosch, Siemens, and Gaggenau brands on the Polish market.

BSH has six factories in Poland. Washing machines, dishwashers, and clothes dryers are produced in three Łódź plants, ovens and refrigerators are produced in two Wroclaw plants, and small household goods are produced in Głogów Małopolski near Rzeszów. Apart from production, BSH in Poland has shared service centres. They work for the needs of BSH around the world in such areas as IT and bookkeeping services, foreign trade, or central shopping. BSH in Poland develops the Research and Development Centre in Łódź and the Digital & E-Commerce Competence Centre.

BSH Home Appliances Group was established jointly by Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich) in 1967. Since January 2015, it has been owned in full by the Bosch Group.
