Intensive installation and finishing works are currently underway at the construction site. The completion of the entire investment is scheduled for the end of June 2023. The investor, Avestus Real Estate, announces that 50 percent of the building's space is already leased. This includes office space, but also where restaurants, stores and a medical center will be built.

Huge fitness area, gym, sauna and relaxation zone at Infinity

Space for businesses at Infinity is slowly running out. At the end of March this year, it was announced that a fitness club will be among the tenants. It will occupy 1,350 sqm of space on the second floor of the office building.

The ,,UP'' Fitness Club with a Mission will include:

  • group exercise areas,
  • isolation machines,
  • free weights zone,
  • functional zone,
  • cardio zone,
  • sauna and solarium.

There will also be a relaxation area with couches and books. The "UP" club at Infinity will be open to the public.

The owners announce that the club will be used by employees of the office building, as well as all those interested in sports training.

New tenant from the software industry at Infinity

New tenants are attracted by the location in the city center, modern interiors with access to daylight and arranged gardens on the building's roof. This, among other things, has tempted ingage Poland, a software development company, to lease space at Infinity.

- Infinity is not only high-end office space. Spacious terraces with elements of small architecture and greenery will be arranged on the roof of our investment, giving the opportunity to catch a breath and gain new energy for action during or after work. I am convinced that the ingage team will appreciate Infinity's new working conditions and amenities," said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Country Director of Avestus Real Estate in Poland.

ingage Poland designs, builds and licenses specialized Investor Relations (IR) software in a subscription model. All ingage software engineering is done in-house by specialized teams, based in the UK and Wroclaw.

In addition to its distinctive architecture providing more daylight to the building's interiors, the Infinity office building also declares its use of modern technologies, including an innovative tenant service platform by spaceOS.

- Touchless solutions, tilt windows and the highest quality air filters, will ensure the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity will also feature an arranged lobby with dedicated seating for visitors to the building. Spacious terraces with landscaping and greenery will be created on the roof of the office building. All activities of the Infinity project, from the construction work, through the technologies and solutions used, to the management of the building, are carried out in accordance with ESG criteria to ensure the office building's low carbon footprint and minimize its impact on the environment, the investor announces.

The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio, its general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and JLL is responsible for commercialization. Tenants of the building under construction at Jana Pawla II Square in Wroclaw include Divante, a global provider of eCommerce solutions, and FutureMeds, a company specializing in conducting clinical trials of new drugs and therapies.
