They inspire and make the city a better place. We’ve met the 30 Creative People of Wrocław 2026
On Wednesday, April 15, during a gala ceremony at the Wrocław Congress Center, we met the winners of the 30 Creative People of Wrocław, the 9th edition of the prestigious competition organized by the Wroclaw.pl portal. Among them are outstanding, inspiring individuals who are changing the city for the better—people connected to business, science, culture, and the arts, as well as social activists.
“30 Creative People of Wrocław” is a project now in its ninth year, featuring artists, scientists, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. It is also their ideas and actions—both on a micro scale and on a global scale—that contribute to making Wrocław such a beautiful, rich, diverse, interesting, and livable city.
Wrocław is a city of creative people—we’ve already had eight editions of the competition and 240 selected winners, and yet once again we have the honor of meeting and honoring a large group of bold, ambitious people connected to our city whose unconventional thinking takes them beyond the beaten path. The actions and successes of the winners of this year’s 30 Creative Wrocław competition not only change reality on a local scale, but also ensure that news of an innovative and boundary-breaking Wrocław—a city worth living in, creating in, and building a future in—spreads further: throughout Poland and around the world.
Jacek Sutryk, Mayor of Wrocław

We met the “Golden Thirty” on Wednesday evening during a gala ceremony at the Wrocław Congress Center. The event was opened by Magdalena Okulowska, President of ARAW S.A., and Adrian Staniszewski, Vice President of ARAW S.A.
Creativity knows no rules—it knows only the people who create it. The “30 Creative People of Wrocław” competition is a tribute to our local innovators who are transforming the city with their ideas and actions. They set the pace and inspire the entire community to ensure that Wrocław is constantly reborn.
Magdalena Okulowska, President of ARAW S.A.

30 Creative People of Wrocław 2026
Awards were presented in 4 categories:
- Business
- Culture / Art / Design
- Science / Technology
- Society / City
A nomination for the 30 Creatives is, above all, a recognition that you are seen and valued. That we want to showcase your work, that it is recognized and needed. And we want to showcase it not only in Wrocław, but also beyond our city’s borders. Because we believe that only in this way will we be able to attract new talent here, as well as enable the growth of those who already live in our city - as Adrian Staniszewski, Vice President of the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency, emphasized.

The winners received statuettes and certificates, and that evening a special website dedicated to them30 Creative Wrocław 2026 was launched, featuring their profiles, stories, paths to success, as well as photos and videos.
Submissions opened in October of last year; following an initial editorial selection, a distinguished jury—composed of experts from various fields and city representatives—weighed in. The jury was chaired by Mariola Szczyrba, editor-in-chief of Wroclaw.pl.
