“Digital Oscar.” Head of Startup Wroclaw Among Digital Shapers 2025
During the 18th edition of the TIME Economic Forum, the Digital Poland Foundation announced the Digital Shapers 2025 list for the eighth time. It features leaders, innovators, and visionaries who played a key role over the past year in developing the digital ecosystem and shaping Poland’s technological reality. Among this distinguished group is Paulina Muszyńska, Head of Startup Wroclaw.
The “Digital Shaper” title is often referred to in the tech industry as a “digital Oscar.” It is awarded to individuals who, through vision, courage, and determination, shape the development of technology, promote future skills, and create solutions with international potential. The laureates are selected by the independent Digital Academy jury, which this year consisted of more than 260 members. Among the honorees is Paulina Muszyńska, recognized for developing one of the most active startup ecosystems in Poland and for effectively connecting business, academia, and public administration around innovation.
Building Bridges Between Sectors
As Head of Startup Wroclaw—an initiative run by the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency—Paulina Muszyńska builds real bridges between sectors. She creates space for knowledge exchange, mentoring, networking, and collaboration for innovative entrepreneurs. As a co-founder of the Wrocław Tech Business Angels Club, she supports the growth of investments in technology projects in the region. Through TechSHEroes, she consistently strengthens the presence and development of women in new technologies. Her work integrates the local startup community, deepens collaboration among investors, universities, businesses, and public institutions, and increases the scale and international visibility of Wrocław’s innovation ecosystem.
“I see this distinction above all as recognition of teamwork. Behind every initiative, event, or project are people, which is why I would like to express my deep gratitude to my team and to the entire Wrocław startup and tech community.”
