The Wroclaw Entrepreneurship Council provides opinions and advice on issues of supporting and developing entrepreneurship. It identifies opportunities to build a stable local economy by seeking instruments to encourage business owners to develop. It also helps create conditions for taking advantage of the city's industrial and scientific potential. It also encourages investments that create new jobs. It has been in operation for 10 years, since 2015. So far for two terms.

They create a good climate for business

According to Marcin Urban, Treasurer of Wroclaw and chairman of the Entrepreneurship Council, among the most important results of its work is the Entrepreneurship Development Strategy, which was adopted in early 2019.

Our goal is for the city to create the best possible climate for business activity. Therefore, we care about the quality of the business environment by building awareness and culture of entrepreneurship, animating cooperation between business, science and administration, and promoting Wroclaw companies.
Marcin Urban

According to the treasurer, effective contact has been established with both large and medium-sized enterprises, as well as small and startups.

The advantage of these talks, in addition to the good climate, is that we got a lot of valuable tips on how to support Wroclaw business. We intend to use them.
Marcin Urban
