WINDOW FACTORY EMPOL TO INVEST IN LEGNICA’S SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE

The window manufacturer EMPOL will invest almost 19 million PLN in Legnica’s Special Economic Zone and create at least 5 new workplaces. The company will develop a modern production facility in the Miękinia sub-zone. The investment is a new stage of the development of the technical resources and technologies applied by EMPOL.

It is related to the launch of the window frame production for construction purposes, based on a technology increasing production capacity by cutting energy consumption, minimising damage in the production process, and considerably improving the comfort of shop floor and material and product logistics workers. The facility will be developed on a plot of almost 4 ha.

The investment entails the development of a new facility including office space along with complete infrastructure, equipment, and furnishing, as well as the purchase of a modern production line, development of a warehouse logistics complex with machinery and devices for planning and optimising production logistics, launching a second shop floor shift, and creation of new workplaces in the area of LSEZ.
