In March next year, the Polish company Kampol is to launch operations in the area of Środa Śląska. The investor specialises in the sales of wooden products and carriers applied in logistics. Miękinia is a good place to invest in So far, Kampol has run its operations in the area of Środa Śląska, but the lack of a possibility of purchasing a plot for investment purchases, resulting in limited opportunities of further development, has made the investor begin looking for a new plot. Areas in the administrative district of Miękinia have turned out to be a favourable location, as Kampol representatives heard pledges as regards provision of utilities and construction of a road securing access to the plot where the company plans to make its investment. That definitely determined Kampol’s decision to buy the plot and relocate the whole of its existing operations. New workplaces Even though Kampol has relocated, its employees will keep their jobs. Additionally, the investor is announcing creation of new workplaces. There are talks about 13 new jobs to be filled, to begin with. The development of Kampol's new premises is already underway. By the end of the year, an office building with communal amenities as well as an industrial shed will have been developed.
