www.wroclaw.pl The link will open in a new tab

Almost 120,000 people do the shopping at Frisco.pl. Wroclaw is the first Polish city after Warsaw in which the assortment of the shop will be available to customers.

‘The inhabitants of Wroclaw will certainly appreciate the benefits of large food shopping without leaving home: convenience, comfort, time-saving, high product quality at high price and now, first of all, safety,’ says Jacek Palec, President of Frisco.pl.

The shop offers also a large choice of household goods. Comprehensive online shopping will be possible in Wroclaw before the end of this year.

Comfortable and safe shopping

Based on previous choices, the website and mobile application of Frisco.pl suggests other suitable items that the customer could put into his cart. The purchased items are delivered even on the next day at the time selected by the customer for seven days a week.

‘We are appreciated for the high quality of fresh products, the lack of substitutes, punctuality, and the completeness of orders encompassing as many as 99.6% of articles,’ enumerates Jacek Palec.

The president of Frisco.pl stresses that another benefit has gained much significance in the current situation: the safety of online payments and the lack of contact with other persons. The delivery is also carried out without any contact – the supplier leaves the shopping at the door.

Local suppliers and new workplaces

Suppliers and producers will deliver products to the warehouse of Frisco.pl in Wroclaw every day, where they will be picked and packaged and then distributed by special vehicles with a cold store to customers’ houses.

Suppliers will be attached to the Frisco.pl system so that they could receive information about orders on a current basis. Such will be the co-operation, e.g., with the Familijna bakery in Wroclaw, which will deliver freshly baked breads to the warehouse twice a day: in the morning and in the afternoon.

‘In this way, we ensure the shortest route of goods from the producer to the customer. Suppliers deliver fresh products to us every day, according to current demand, and they reach customers most often on the same day. An additional benefit for Wroclaw inhabitants will be the workplaces that we will create in the warehouse,’ stresses Jacek Palec.

Our range will be gradually enriched with products from local suppliers (e.g., dairy, breads, craft beers) and ecological and vegan goods from Polish producers.

‘We will expand our product range with regional products on the basis of preferences of Wroclaw inhabitants, whom we will ask what articles in this category they would like to find in our shop,’ explains Jacek Palec.

The online supermarket of Frisco.pl has operated in Poland for 14 years.
