GLP is building the largest warehouses in the Wroclaw agglomeration. Another massive foreign investment near the capital of Lower Silesia.

GLP, an international logistics real estate giant, has started the construction of Wrocław V Logistics Center. They will be the largest warehouses in the agglomeration. Buildings with an area of 240 thousand square meters will be built on a 50-hectare site. 3,000 people will find work there.
The construction of a facility with an area of over 41,000 square meters has started in Magnice near Wrocław and will last until 2022. Ultimately, five buildings will arise, each with an area of 28 to 84 thousand square metres for rent, certified in the BREEAM system at the "Very Good" level.
It is also possible to combine several buildings into one with an area of over 110,000 sq m. Right next to it, there is a hall with an area of approx. 60 thousand square metres carried out by GLP three years ago for one of the international e-commerce brands. The general contractor of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Center is FB Antczak.
The investor also improves the infrastructure in the area by building, among others, a roundabout-junction at the intersection of the access road to the newly built warehouses with the S8 expressway.
