GLP is putting up a massive hall with an area of more than nine football fields

GLP, an international company specializing in investments in logistics real estate, is completing the construction of the last hall in the Wroclaw V Logistics Centre complex in Magnice. The scale of the investment is best demonstrated by the fact that the area of the hall is more than 67 thousand sq. m. - that's the size of more than 9 football fields.
Hall like a city office building
The building, which will be the last hall in the GLP Logistics Centre complex in Magnice, will be constructed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification at the "outstanding" level - and this means high comfort for the employees working there.
In the last building of the project, we are raising the bar of technical standards, providing users with unprecedented work comfort in logistics buildings. I am sure that Hall E will meet the interest of demanding customers, both from the warehouse and manufacturing sectors

The investor notes that office and social spaces for employees will not deviate from the standards of urban office buildings, both in terms of comfort and ecological solutions, as well as relaxation zones with gazebos, benches and greenery.
Several hundred new jobs. Wroclaw V Logistics Centre in Magnice
How many people will find jobs at the new Wroclaw V Logistics Centre in Magnice is not known at the moment. The number and nature of jobs in the new part of GLP's logistics center, will depend on the profile of the companies that will move there. It can be assumed that several hundred people will certainly find employment there.
A hall for manufacturers and logisticians. What does it offer?
The new hall will be made entirely to the standard of permanent workplaces. The floor load capacity, which will be as high as 10 tons per square meter, will allow safe high storage, assembly of production lines or warehouse automation.
- Manufacturing tenants will benefit from access to increased power supply capacity.
- The roof structure will be adapted for the installation of solar panels.
As standard, GLP's buildings are also equipped with other solutions conducive to lower utility consumption: smart metering that allows ongoing monitoring of energy consumption or energy-efficient LED lighting.

Location and access to work
GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is located at the S8 “Kobierzyce” expressway junction, which guarantees quick access to Wroclaw, the A4 and A8 highways and the S3 and S5 expressways.
Public transportation provides employees with more than 120 buses and trains daily to the center of Wroclaw, suburban towns, as well as Swidnica and Walbrzych.
When will the logisticscenter hall be ready?
Bremer is the general contractor for the final stage of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre. Construction will be completed at the turn of 2024 / 2025.
