Intive in Wrocław is looking for 200 IT specialists

Intive took over 65% of shares of the German company iNTENCE. The company plans to hire 200 new employees by the end of the year. The most wanted are software engineers, testing specialists and project managers. Intive invested EUR 7 million in iNTENCE. The German company manufactures integrated software for the newest car models of the most prominent brands like Audi, Volkswagen, BMW or Porsche. Wrocław IT market The company representatives highlight that the Wrocław IT services market already has approx. 40 thousand people, and the market demands induce a continuously growing need for programmers and new technology specialists. Many IT companies in Wrocław points out there are too few proper job candidates. According to the report “Talents Deficiency” by ManpowerGroup, IT specialists are in the eight place of job positions the employers find the most difficult to recruit. It is estimated that as at this moment, even up to 50 thousand employees could be employed in the Polish IT branch. Intive brand Intive brand was established in September 2016 due to the merger of three companies belonging to Enterprise Investors: Polish SMT Software Services, Polish & Finnish BLStream, and German Kupferwerk. In June, the company entered into the partnership agreement with Argentinian company FDV Solutions, as a result of which a new developer centre was established. Its main task is to accelerate the Intive development on the American market. The company registered in Poland employs more than 1500 people, including more than 500 people in the biggest office in Wrocław. The company plans to increase the rate of employment by 25% each year. Employees can work in several locations in Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Białystok, Poznań, Lublin, Szczecin, Cracow) and abroad (Germany, UK, USA, Argentina.) Intive supports also the development of employees by allowing them to participate in interesting abroad projects in Germany, Great Britain or USA.
