John Paul II square is changing. Infinity office building comes out of the ground
John Paul II Square is changing its face. In the place where the cultic Wroclaw cake shop used to be, just next to the Sokolnicza street, the Infinity office building is being built. The construction of underground part has just finished and the building is starting to go up. It is supposed to be ready in the beginning of 2023.
Construction of Infinity began in March 2021. Meanwhile, the 3-storey underground part of the office building was completed in April this year.
Every six weeks a new floor will be visible
Currently, the overground part of the structure is being made at the ground level. On the other hand, masonry and finishing works are in progress on the underground floors.
- The moment when the building emerges from the ground and begins to go up is impatiently awaited by every developer. It is from this moment that the rapid pace of construction becomes noticeable to all observers. According to our assumptions, every six weeks another storey of Infinity will be raised and in less than seven months the whole 29-metre-high office building will be ready - says Mariusz Frąckiewicz, the director of Avestus Real Estate in Poland.
User and environment friendly
Infinity will be a seven-storey A-class office building with nearly 19 thousand square metres of office space, over 1.5 thousand square metres of retail space and a three-storey underground garage offering 311 parking spaces. For cyclists there will be 120 bicycle stands as well as locker rooms and showers. Infinity will also have a lobby with places for guests visiting the building. On the roof of the office building spacious terraces with small architecture and greenery will be created.
Infinity office building will also boast the latest technologies such as touchless solutions and modern air filters.
Completion of the investment at the beginning of 2023
Inifinity is a project implemented by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties. The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio, and its general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. JLL consulting company is responsible for the commercialization of the building.

The whole investment is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2023.
