Entrepreneurs Prepare for KSeF: Free Training for the Tourism Industry
From April 1 this year, the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) will cover another group of entrepreneurs. The obligation to use the system when issuing invoices will be extended to most active VAT taxpayers. In connection with the upcoming changes, the tax administration has launched a series of free training sessions for business owners. This time, a meeting has been prepared that may be particularly useful for representatives of the tourism and hospitality industry.
KSeF is a solution that enables the issuance and sharing of structured invoices within a single, central system. As of February 1, 2026, its use has already become mandatory for the largest enterprises whose sales value, including VAT, exceeded PLN 200 million in 2024. The next stage of implementation will take place on April 1, 2026, when the obligation will extend to most active VAT taxpayers. The smallest businesses, whose monthly sales do not exceed PLN 10,000, are exempt.
Training for Various Sectors
In connection with the implementation of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and the intensive information and educational campaign conducted by the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław launched a new training module this month aimed at representatives of as many as 22 sectors, titled “KSeF – Sector-Specific Training.”
This new series of meetings continues efforts to support entrepreneurs in preparing for the mandatory use of KSeF.
“The aim of the training is to provide basic, practical information on how the National e-Invoicing System operates to representatives of individual sectors of the economy, including retail trade, legal services, construction, the beauty industry, and many others.” Sebastian Polański, Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław
With Tourism Businesses in Mind
This time, the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław has prepared a dedicated training session on the implementation of KSeF for the tourism and hospitality industry. The meeting will be held online next Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
“We want entrepreneurs in this sector to be as well prepared as possible to use this new system.” Sebastian Polański
KSeF Also on Wednesdays
Until April 29, 2026, tax offices are also conducting a series of in-person meetings titled “Wednesdays with KSeF.” This is part of nationwide efforts aimed at helping further groups of taxpayers prepare for the mandatory use of the e-invoicing system.
The sessions take place every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in all tax offices, except for the Lower Silesian Tax Office in Wrocław.
