When construction begins, it will be a gigantic investment in the west of Wroclaw. The Wroclaw Municipality wants a multifunctional sports and entertainment hall for 15,000 people to be built on an over 5-acre plot of land at 3 Slaska Avenue, right next to the Tarczynski Arena stadium, along with accompanying facilities. A large banner, which stood next to the plot, announces the plans.

Mayor Jacek Sutryk has decided that a multi-purpose entertainment and sports hall will be built on this strategic site for the city. The tender will be in writing, and the required use of the property is a multifunctional entertainment and sports hall

Jan Bujak, director of the Real Estate and Operations Department of the Wroclaw City Hall.

Multipurpose sports and entertainment hall at Tarczynski Arena, but not only!

Jan Bujak adds that on the remaining part of the property there is a possibility of realizing other services permitted in the local zoning plan (such as offices, hotels, conference centers, large-format retail).

- That is why the land is planned to be given in perpetual usufruct for 99 years. The first fee will be only 25% of the value of the property. Ultimately, we would like the hall to accommodate close to 15,000 spectators, but we will already specify these details in the tender announcement," Jan Bujak noted.

Strategic land at Tarczynski Arena and a big investment. The city is setting conditions and looking for an investor.

The asking price for the property is PLN 83,450,000 million. Bids are being accepted until August 29, 2023. The tender is scheduled for September 5.

- The city allows for the phasing of the investment because we realize that the implementation of such a project takes time and a great deal of money. We believe that the price set for the land is attractive. We hope to find a potential investor. If there are no bids in the first tender, we will organize another one, so that the land will find an investor and be developed in accordance with our expectations," Jan Bujak added.
