The City Park Wroclaw development will include two new buildings: H3 and H4. After their construction, the park's area will exceed 20,000 sqm. In the buildings under construction, the investor will offer larger warehouse modules - from 700 sqm upwards, and modern offices from 110 sqm.
City Park Wrocław will be built in accordance with BREEAM standards, and this means: care for the environment, innovation, optimization of operating costs or work comfort.
The developer points out that the rising cost of maintaining offices in city centers has caused companies to look for opportunities to provide warehouse and office space together.

City Park Wroclaw II is located in the immediate vicinity of Wroclaw's Mikolaj Kopernik Airport, which is only 10 km from the center of the Lower Silesian capital. Wroclaw Airport is an important transfer point in Central Europe, handling more than 1.4 million passengers and 111,200 tons of cargo in 2021. In addition, the new business park from Ideal Idea has convenient public transportation links, as well as excellent access to the S8 route (A8-Broclaw ring road), which connects to the A4 (E40) highway.
Completion of construction and commissioning of the new City Park Wroclaw II is scheduled for the end of Q1/early Q2 2023.

At the beginning of the construction of City Park Wroclaw in 2020, the developer stressed that the investment is linked to the development of e-commerce, which is breaking records in the coronavirus era.

More than 600,000 square meters of modern warehouses are currently under construction in Lower Silesia. Almost two-thirds of them, developers are building in Wroclaw and the immediate vicinity. Lower Silesian halls are primarily awaited by tenants from the e-commerce and logistics sectors. Powerful warehouses in the region are being built by Panattoni, Hillwood and GLP. And it doesn't stop there, as more developers are already lined up with new investments.
