Integration and inspiration. Business representatives discussed the challenges for 2026.
Representatives of local companies, universities, and organizations met at this year's final Invest in Wroclaw Business Breakfast, organized by the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency. The main theme of the event was business trends in 2026, as well as upcoming changes in labor law, talent management, and the office market.
On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, another Invest in Wroclaw business breakfast was held at Ace of Space in Wrocław's Renoma, organized as part of a series of meetings for representatives of local companies and institutions. This time, the theme of the meeting was “Trends 2026 – ideas that will change the direction of business.”

In January this year, we launched this new initiative in order to move discussions about Wrocław's growing potential from our traditional foreign channels to the local environment, so that we can build the city's brand together with our partners. Today's breakfast is symbolic, as it is the last one this year. The attendance and topics discussed at each of these meetings showed that there is a lot of interest and that this discussion is important.

Integration, networking, and potential cooperation
Once again, the Invest in Wrocław Business Breakfast was attended by a wide range of participants representing business, universities, associations, and organizations bringing together entrepreneurs.
The aim of this event is to promote integration, networking, and cooperation between the entire Wrocław ecosystem. This time, it also presented the trends and changes that await us in 2026. They will certainly not be easy, especially from the point of view of labor law and talent management.
Aneta Herbuś, Head of the Investor Support Department at ARAW

What will 2026 bring?
During the meeting, experts talked about the most important changes that await entrepreneurs in the coming year. They also discussed new developments in labor law that will affect the way employment is organized, team management, and employers' responsibilities. Other important topics discussed during the meeting included the hidden labor market and next year's trends in the office market. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss how to prepare their companies for the challenges ahead.

I decided to attend this meeting because I am interested in the topic of investment in Wrocław and what will happen in the business sector next year. I am a hotelier, so I am also interested in everything related to the labor market and the business environment in Wrocław.

I represent an organization that creates meetups and spreads knowledge about HR. I am here to participate in networking, but also to learn about trends and later be able to share them.

An opportunity for new business contacts
Invest in Wrocław Business Breakfasts are not only presentations by experts, but also an opportunity to talk, exchange experiences, and build relationships within the Wrocław business community. As always, the meeting began with networking over coffee and a shared morning meal.
I work in an IT company and such business breakfasts are an opportunity for me to build professional relationships. The topic of the meeting, i.e., business challenges in 2026, is very interesting to me. So is the labor market.
Piotr Galiński from EPAM Systems
