Knowledge, people, innovation. Made in Wroclaw 2025 starts in just one month

On 15 and 16 October 2025, Wrocław will once again become the centre of Polish innovation and modern business. This is the ninth edition of Made in Wroclaw, one of the most important events dedicated to the economy and technological innovations in Poland. This time, it will be held under the slogan ‘Power of Synergy!’, emphasising the importance of cooperation between science, business and technology.
Next month, entrepreneurs, scientists, students and residents of Wrocław who are interested in innovations emerging in the capital of Lower Silesia will meet at the Wrocław Congress Centre. It is with them in mind that the Made in Wroclaw conference has been prepared, with an interesting and inspiring programme, as well as a free EXPO. Once again, this event will show what drives the city's development.
They will discuss the three pillars of synergy
This year's edition of the event is organised under the slogan ‘Power of Synergy!’. This year, the conference part will be built around three pillars:
- knowledge
- people
- innovation
One of the topics discussed will be the changes related to the development of Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and digitalisation. Experts and practitioners will discuss how to create effective partnerships between universities, industry and start-ups in order to respond effectively to the challenges of the new era. There will also be talk of combining psychology with AI in the context of solving real social and economic problems.
Innovative solutions at your fingertips
The part of the event devoted to human capital will address changes in the labour market, intergenerational challenges, leadership development and investment in education, upskilling and reskilling. The programme includes inspiring presentations by leaders who are making a real difference in their industries and showing that innovation starts with people.
The part of the conference devoted to innovation will focus on solutions that are already within reach today, and whose implementation depends only on good cooperation, strategic decisions and a little bit of daring. Participants will also learn about groundbreaking projects, from space technologies to solutions for industry and medicine.
Meetings with exceptional speakers
This year's edition of Made in Wroclaw will also be an opportunity to meet some exceptional people. This time, the invited guests include:
- Prof. Michał Kosiński (Stanford University) – a world-renowned expert on AI and psychology, who will open the conference with a lecture on the impact of artificial intelligence on the human psyche
- Fred Schmidt – American entrepreneur and grandson of Jan Czochralski – who will talk about building bridges between Poland and the US and promoting Polish science
- Henry McGovern – founder of AmRest and one of Wrocław's most recognisable entrepreneurs, who will share his success story and reflections on the potential of Lower Silesia.
Robots, Mars rovers and 3D printing
Part of the event open to all residents and tourists will be Expo, a technology exhibition presenting the latest achievements of companies from Wrocław and the region. Visitors will be able to see, among other things:
- Mars rovers, rockets and satellites,
- robots supporting medicine and industry,
- 3D printing solutions, projects in the field of sustainable energy and AI.

Business Gala and networking
As every year, Made in Wrocław will also feature a Business Gala, a technology competition for start-ups and VC Demo Day. These events bring together entrepreneurs, investors and venture capital funds.
An important part of the programme will be the presentation of the ‘Startup Wrocław’ report, which will present the current state and potential of the local innovation ecosystem.
