The tenth edition of Made in Wroclaw will take place on October 27–28 under the slogan “ADAPT. LEAD. REPEAT.” The program for this anniversary event includes a conference, VC Demo Day, the Synergy Awards Gala, and an expanded EXPO zone. It is here, on October 28, that visitors will be able to see firsthand what innovation looks like in practice.

Innovation at Your Fingertips

This will not be merely an exhibition of finished products. Technology companies, startups, scientists, and young creators will all gather in one place. They will present solutions in fields such as robotics, energy, medicine, urban technology, and tourism.

One of the exhibitors will be Robo Friends Tech, which is working on an autonomous robot designed to assist seniors in their own homes. NJORD Energy, meanwhile, is developing high-altitude wind energy systems—AWES.

At the EXPO, visitors will also have the chance to view technology from a completely different perspective. Tripuj.pl will set up an interactive experiential tourism hub featuring access to its app and a mobile podcast studio.

And for those who prefer technology in a slightly more dynamic form, drone races have been organized. The competition will take place on Level -1, beneath the main floor of the Centennial Hall. So it will be fast, spectacular, and—most importantly—conducted in accordance with safety regulations.

Two Stages: WRO-HUB and WRO-LAB

The anniversary EXPO will be more than just a traditional exhibition area. At its heart will be two stages—WRO-HUB and WRO-LAB—which will allow participants not only to explore technologies but also to hear from experts and see how modern business models are evolving.

The WRO-HUB stage will be a dynamic hub of excitement, knowledge, and innovation at the fair. This is where exhibitors will give presentations, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their latest projects and implementations. There will also be contests with prizes and the Fair Game in the Meeting Application, which will allow participants to actively explore the EXPO and win prizes.

The WRO-LAB stage, in turn, will serve as EXPO’s more analytical “laboratory”—a venue for expert lectures, debates, case studies, and discussions on the trends that will shape business in the coming years. It is here that participants will be able to take a broader look at the changes taking place in technology and the economy and compare them with the experiences of practitioners.

Not just watching, but also asking questions and testing

The idea behind EXPO is simple: to create a place where technology goes beyond a screen presentation. You can see a working solution, talk to its creator, ask about its applications, and find out what stage the project is at. That’s why, alongside companies and startups, representatives from the scientific community will also showcase their solutions. Exhibitors will include, among others, teams affiliated with the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as organizations developing solutions in the fields of new technologies, security, and smart cities.

The anniversary EXPO aims to showcase a broad cross-section of what’s happening today in Wrocław and Lower Silesia—from robots and energy, through solutions for cities and travelers, to technologies used in business. The common thread is an attempt to answer a very specific question: What can we do differently, faster, or better?

Two Days of the Anniversary Edition of Made in Wroclaw

The EXPO will be part of the second day of Made in Wroclaw. On October 27, the VC Demo Day will take place, during which startups will present their solutions to investors and compete for a spot in the Startup World Cup, as well as the opportunity for further business development and scaling.

On October 28, the Centennial Hall will become the main venue for the anniversary edition of Made in Wroclaw. In addition to the EXPO, there will be a conference and the first Synergy Awards Gala, during which projects based on collaboration between various communities and organizations will be recognized.

The tenth edition of the event is thus intended not only as an opportunity to reflect on a decade of Made in Wroclaw, but above all as a look toward the future. “ADAPT. LEAD. REPEAT.” is the slogan for this year’s edition, and the EXPO illustrates it in a very practical way: change begins with an idea, followed by testing, implementation, and the next step.
