At this stage, we know for certain that we will be hiring experts in AI and a wide range of digital processes. We are still identifying our long-term needs, so we will also be looking for professionals with additional areas of expertise. Susanne Knoche, Chief Sales Officer of the Ravensburger Group.

The new Wrocław office will work closely with the company's headquarters in Ravensburg, Germany, as well as with Ravensburger teams across Europe and North America.

A Family Business with a Global Reach

Founded more than 140 years ago, the Ravensburger Group has built its international success on strong family values that continue to guide the company in an ever-changing world.

"The world around us is becoming increasingly digital. Nevertheless, we firmly believe that people will always value spending time together around the table and enjoying analogue forms of entertainment." explained Susanne Knoche. She emphasized that the company's greatest strengths lie in technology, manufacturing, and automation.

Why Wrocław?

Ravensburger selected Wrocław because it views the city as a rich source of highly skilled professionals with diverse competencies applicable across multiple industries.

"We have also been extremely pleased with our collaboration with local startups. Their teams impressed us with their creativity and the depth of their expertise." said Susanne Knoche.

According to Jakub Mazur, Deputy Mayor of Wrocław, attracting a company like Ravensburger represents an important step in further diversifying the city's economy.

"The investor is looking for specialists with highly specific skills, and Wrocław has exactly that talent. The city has been actively working to attract new businesses, supported by organizations such as the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW). We are delighted to see these efforts producing tangible results," Mazur said during a meeting with Ravensburger representatives at Wrocław City Hall on June 19.

The launch of Ravensburger's Wrocław office was supported by the Invest in Wrocław team, part of ARAW's Business Cooperation Centre (CWB).

"We organized reference meetings and provided the investor with all the information and guidance required throughout the investment process," said Mateusz Jarzombek, Director of CWB at ARAW.
