New hotels, new opportunities. More and more places for guests in Wroclaw
Wrocław attracts tourists and hotel investors like a magnet. In the last 18 months alone, the city's accommodation base has grown by nearly 1,300 places, and more hotels are already preparing to open. These include facilities in the heart of the Old Town, as well as modern investments near the airport and in the prestigious Sky Tower.
The Wrocław hotel market is undergoing intensive development. As summarized by Investmap.pl, in the fall of 2024, three hotels with approximately 350 rooms began operating, and last year, eight facilities were opened, offering a total of over 800 rooms. This means that in just a year and a half, the city's accommodation base has grown by nearly 1,300 beds.

The city's prestige is growing
According to Radosław Michalski, director of the City Brand Department, the development of a genuine hotel industry builds the prestige of cities, which is why every investment of this type is welcomed with great joy.
Business invests cautiously. If it focuses on hotels, it means that, like us, it has noticed an upturn in tourist traffic in our city. Each subsequent investment that creates jobs in the tourism industry, including hotels, is an additional source of income for Wrocław and its residents.

Hotel with a view of the Market Square
The year 2026 will also bring new openings in this industry. Next month, in the heart of the city, at the Wrocław Market Square, the B&B Hotel Old Town will begin operations. It will be located in a modernist skyscraper from the 1930s, which for many years was the headquarters of the former Bank Zachodni WBK. It will offer guests 145 rooms of various standards, located on nine floors.

Not far from the Market Square, another place will be created with tourists visiting Wrocław in mind. It will be the 4-star Otis Hotel on Szewska Street. Here, guests will have at their disposal 120 rooms, a spa & wellness area, and conference rooms.
Or maybe a stay at the Sky Tower?
It is also already known that by the end of 2026, the Prize by Radisson will open in the office part of the Sky Tower skyscraper, where tourists will have 208 rooms at their disposal. The hotel will occupy a space in the “sail” adjacent to the skyscraper, with a total area of 9,600 sq m.
This will be the first initiative in this industry for Adventum, the owner of the facility. It is made possible thanks to a partnership with the Radisson Hotel Group.
More accommodation for airport passengers
Once again, the Arche S.A. hotel chain will also invest in the capital of Lower Silesia. This time, its facility, Arche Hotel Wrocław II, will be built in the immediate vicinity of the Wrocław airport, at the corner of Graniczna and Rdestowa Streets.
This is the company's third such facility in Wrocław and the second to be built right next to the airport.
The largest revitalization project in Wrocław
For some time now, there have been plans to build a hotel in the Hatzfeld Palace on Wita Stwosza Street. Its reconstruction is one of the most eagerly awaited conservation projects in the post-war history of Wrocław.
Destroyed in 1945, the Baroque building is finally to regain its former glory. The project involves a faithful reconstruction of the palace's façade and the creation of modern interiors adapted to contemporary needs. An Autograph Collection hotel, part of the Marriott International chain, is planned for the site of the historic residence.

As announced by the investor, Wrocław-based Rafin Developer, the project was to begin after the completion of other ongoing revitalization works, including those at the current Grand Hotel. However, it is not yet known when exactly the reconstruction will start.
Wrocław is fortunate to be able to locate new hotels in historic buildings, thanks to which, often through a tedious and costly revitalization process, they are given a new lease on life. We are eagerly awaiting, among other things, the reconstruction of the Hatzfeld Palace on Wita Stwosza Street. This place reminds us of the destruction of war and is associated with art thanks to the BWA gallery that has been operating there for years. Thanks to its new function and reconstruction, it will restore the urban fabric, while giving visitors the opportunity to stay right next to the Wrocław Market Square.
