The new facility will replace the warehouse in Tyniec Mały, near Wroclaw, which will cease to function. The warehouse in Kąty Wrocławskie was built right next to the A4 highway; its launch was divided into two stages.

Servicing nearly 11,000 stores

In early January 2025, the freezer and automatic refrigeration areas will be put into operation, followed by the dry zone. The facility in Kąty Wrocławskie will be another semi-automatic Logistics Center.

Efficient logistics has always been the driving force behind the Żabka Group. With the launch of the logistics center in Kąty Wrocławskie, we will strengthen our logistics structure, providing comprehensive delivery services to more than 10,900 stores in our chain. Importantly, the new location will provide jobs for all employees of our logistics center in Tyniec Mały.

The area of the new logistics center is 35,000 sqm, which is one and a half times more than the current warehouse. The facility in Kąty Wrocławskie may eventually be expanded by another 6,500 sqm. At launch, the center is expected to supply about 1,500 stores in the Wroclaw region.

In addition, the new facility features a number of pro-environmental innovations, including a photovoltaic installation on the building's roof and electric car chargers.

Job opportunities for warehouse workers and specialists. 600 new jobs

Nearly 600 people will find work in the new center - both those employed directly by Żabka and by cooperating companies. Positions to be filled include warehousemen as well as specialists. For more information on recruitment, visit the website of the Żabka Polska chain.
