Office market Q3 2013

In Q3 2013 the existing office stock in Wroclaw reached a level of approximately 438,700 sq m, which ranked the capital of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship in second position, after Krakow, among the major regional office markets. Q2 saw only one new office delivery of approximately 2,800 sq m. Based on development schedules of office schemes currently under construction, the total modern office stock in Wrocław should exceed 460,000 sq m by the end of 2013.
