In May, the American company Paradigm Precision launched production of components for turbine engines for the aviation industry in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, administrative district of Kąty Wrocławskie. According to initial plans, the company was to invest 5 to 10 million EUR in the development of its Wrocław based production facility and hire 250 people over the period of the coming 3 years. According to the latest information, Paradigm Precision is rapidly growing, due to which they are increasing workforce, meaning that about 100 people will have been offered jobs by the end of the year. The Wrocław unit of Paradigm Precision is seeking engineers, technology specialists, quality controllers and machine operators. Also graduates of technical schools are offered employment opportunities. Additionally, the company is planning to establish permanent cooperation with secondary schools to make it easier for youth to learn about the latest achievements in the area of production for the purposes of the aviation sector. Supplier of components for the aviation industry The production facility near Wrocław delivers components for jet engines which then go to their target buyers, including Rolls-Royce, General Electric, Pratt& Whitney and Snecma. It is estimated that about 90 per cent of passenger aircraft are propelled by engines containing parts manufactured by Paradigm Precision.
