Poland's best places to work are in Wrocław
Great Place to Work Institute in Poland presented a list of the best places to work in Poland 2017. Among the winners, there is 3M Centrum Usług Wspólnych (Shared Services Centre) EMEA in Wrocław.
Once more, 3M in Poland has been awarded the title “The Best Place to Work in Poland” according to the Great Place to Work ranking. Among twenty winners, there are dynamically developing companies which promote the principles of mutual respect and fellowship at work. Two units of 3M company have been honoured – 3M Poland and 3M Service Centre EMEA in Wrocław.
“Today, the job market belongs to the worker. This means that employers want to improve the working conditions offered. What 3M offers is above-standard. This is especially important for the city, as 3M is the investor which owns here six production plants and two centres – innovation and R&D – and the shared services centre established in 2016, one of three such 3M facilities in the world” says Ewa Kaucz, the President of the Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency.
The best place to work – enterprises assessed by employees
The list of “The Best Places to Work in Poland” is prepared by the Great Place to Work Institute for the 9th time. This year, 83 companies were reviewed and categorized depending on the rate of employment.
3M in Wrocław
3M in Poland has four production facilities, two in Wrocław, one in Janinów near Grodzisk Mazowiecki and one in Rabka, and employs more than 2000 employees. The headquarters of the company is located in Kajetany near Warsaw. In June 2013, a modern 3M Innovation Centre in Wrocław started its business, in which the company presents its technologies and solutions. In 2016 in Wrocław, 3M Shared Services Centre for EMEA commenced its operational business.
Wrocław – the most attractive place to work
Wrocław has been considered the most attractive place to work for specialists and managers. 39% of the pollsters reviewed by Antal recruitment company is willing to move to the capital of the Lower Silesia province, while 36% of pollsters chooses Tricity. Exceptionally few Poles consider migrating abroad now.
Wrocław is among leaders of modern services for business
More than 24 thousand people employed in 72 Business Support System centres in Wrocław makes the city one of the leaders in providing modern services for business. This is according to the “10 Years of BSS Sector in Poland” report by PAIiIZ and Hays Poland.
