Polish bank chose Wroclaw. It creates a modern call center

Millennium Bank will have its new headquarters in Wroclaw and announces a large investment in a call center. The modern branch will be created in the City Forum office building on Traugutta street. The current employees of the bank will be employed there.

The new Millennium Bank headquarters will be located in the City 2 building (City Forum complex) in Traugutta street. The bank will lease there a total of more than 3.8 thousand square meters of office space. Millennium will move to the new location at the turn of 2021 and 2022. The bank is not planning to increase employment - the current employees will find work there.

- One of the important factors in deciding on the location was the large floor plan, allowing for efficient communication and appropriate planning of comfortable workplaces for employees. It was also important that the building has many energy-efficient and ecological solutions - Weronika Paksoy from Real Estate Department at Bank Millennium.

Millennium Bank: modern call center

The bank intends to make large investments in its call center, including state-of-the-art acoustic solutions for this type of activity. The call center will occupy about half of one of the leased floors.

  • CBRE consulting company represented Millennium in the transaction and is supervising finishing works of the new bank's office.

- Thanks to the relocation, bank's employees will gain even more modern working environment, in a very comfortable building in an excellent location. The transaction took place in what is currently a typical tenant's market. As many as 5 new buildings took part in a tender to select the best offer. Thanks to strong competition among the lessors and support of CBRE, we managed to achieve very good lease conditions, which will allow us to provide the bank with the most modern office in Poland - Paweł Boczar, Head of CBRE Wrocław Office.

Archicom City Forum

The City Forum office complex was developed by Archicom. It consists of two modern office buildings called City 1 and City 2.

  • The City 1 building was commissioned in 2019 and is fully leased.
  • The City 2 building, on the other hand, was completed in 2020.

Both buildings form an office center with a total area of 24 thousand square meters with an internal courtyard, separated from the main street by a high (for 6 floors) glass partition.
