Pruftechnik has signed a lease agreement for a new office in Wrocław with Vastint Poland.
Wrocław is the third-largest office market in Poland, consistently attracting companies from various economic sectors planning to expand. The agreement with Pruftechnik reflects the strong interest in business development in the city, which offers a mature labor market, a large pool of educated professionals, and a high quality of life.

Vastint Poland’s office investments in Wrocław
The 5-story B10 office building, with an area of 14,000 sq m, is located near Business Garden, one of the largest business centers in the capital of Lower Silesia. Both projects—completed, owned, and managed by Vastint—were designed by architects from the APA Wojciechowski firm.

In 2026, the company began construction on a project at Maxa Borna Square in Nadodrze. Additionally, the company is planning a new urban quarter at 2–4 Powstańców Śląskich Street.
