Pruftechnik – Fluke Corporation: opens an office near the Wroclaw-Mikolajow train station

They specialize in the production of professional measurement and diagnostic instruments—and now their office will be located near the Wrocław-Mikołajów train station. Pruftechnik, a subsidiary of the American company Fluke Corporation, is investing in Wrocław.

Fluke Corporation is an American company specializing in the manufacture of professional measurement and diagnostic instruments. Its products are used by electricians, automation engineers, maintenance technicians, engineers, and HVAC specialists.

Fluke is also a provider of maintenance technologies with a wide range of products, services, and training in the following areas:

  • shaft alignment,
  • vibration analysis,
  • condition monitoring,
  • and non-destructive testing.

Founded in 1972, the company operates in 80 countries, has 20 subsidiaries, and maintains an extensive network of authorized sales and service partners.

Companies are eager to establish offices in Wrocław

Pruftechnik has signed a lease agreement for a new office in Wrocław with Vastint Poland.

Wrocław is the third-largest office market in Poland, consistently attracting companies from various economic sectors planning to expand. The agreement with Pruftechnik reflects the strong interest in business development in the city, which offers a mature labor market, a large pool of educated professionals, and a high quality of life.

Vastint Poland’s office investments in Wrocław

The 5-story B10 office building, with an area of 14,000 sq m, is located near Business Garden, one of the largest business centers in the capital of Lower Silesia. Both projects—completed, owned, and managed by Vastint—were designed by architects from the APA Wojciechowski firm.

In 2026, the company began construction on a project at Maxa Borna Square in Nadodrze. Additionally, the company is planning a new urban quarter at 2–4 Powstańców Śląskich Street.
