In Poland's office market, Wroclaw is among the top cities with the most office space. However, the way of thinking about the design of new investments in large cities is changing and influencing the combination of several functions in one investment. An example of the largest such being built in Wroclaw in a mixed-used concept is the Quorum complex.

Quorum attracts giants

The Quorum complex is going to be a real giant. Office and residential towers are being built there. Including the one that arouses the most emotions - the second tallest tower in Lower Silesia. It will be 140 meters high.

The first building from the complex was commissioned in October 2022. It contains more than 16,200 sqm of Class A office space, spread over six floors, along with about 1,000 sqm of service and retail units.

Among the tenants are mainly IT companies: CD Projekt Red, Studio Software, IT-Dev, Imagination, but also Nuvamed, Europa Insurance, Art Geist, and Quickwork with service offices. The Wroclaw-based Artgeist company has also decided to move its headquarters there.

100 thousand of office, residential and recreational space

Quorum is more than 100 thousand sqm of multifunctional space for work, living and recreation. The complex of four office buildings is being built in the very center, on the Oder River at Sikorskiego Street in Wroclaw's Szczepin.

The entire complex will include five buildings with a total area of more than 100,000 square meters. The buildings named after the first letters of the alphabet (A-E) will house offices (91,182 sqm), commercial premises and 330 apartments. The highest-lying apartments will be on the 24th floor.

According to the investor's announcement, the complex will not lack green areas around the buildings. What will distinguish the complex is the huge areas of green terraces, which will be used by residents, employees and guests.

On the podium of the entire complex and at the level of the fourth floor, terraces and green spaces available to all employees and residents have been designed. In addition, publicly accessible green areas and a pedestrian promenade have been created on the south side of Building D, across the street.

The entire complex will also provide about 1,500 parking spaces.

From the second tallest building in Wroclaw we will enjoy a panoramic view of the city. An observation terrace has been planned on the highest, 35th floor.
