Raben Group offers, among others, contract logistics, road transport, including controlled temperature, as well as sea and air transport. In Poland it has 53 branches and employs over 5300 people e.g. in the vicinity of Warsaw, Poznań and Gdynia. In Wroclaw it runs a logistics center at Bierutowska Street. This year the company decided to expand in Wroclaw and opened an office in CitySpace Aquarius on Swobodna Street.

The new branch will ultimately consist of about 20 people. A fully equipped and furnished office space with 24-hour access was put at its exclusive disposal in CitySpace Aquarius.

There will be more office centers

CitySpace is a nationwide operator of compact flexible offices. In Wroclaw it provides them in two buildings: Aquarius Business House on Swobodna Street and Nobilis Business House on Maria Skłodowska-Curie Street.

  • By the end of this year, it plans to open about 4500 sqm of new space and increase the number of workstations by 750.

Office market in Wroclaw

Nearly 60 thousand. in Wroclaw and almost 400 thousand. square meters in Poland - this is last year's balance of new office space. It is the lowest result in five years and the effect of the coronavirus pandemic. In this competition, Wroclaw - after Warsaw and Cracow - is the third biggest office market in the country, according to the latest CBRE report. There is one more conclusion from this report: offices in the regions are being taken over by IT companies. In total, there is 1.3 million sq.m. of office space in the capital of Lower Silesia, and another 120 thousand sq.m. is under construction.
