Ravensburger is opening a global business services center in Wroclaw
Serving customers from across Europe and providing support to the headquarters in Germany—these will be the main responsibilities of the Ravensburger Group’s new center in Wrocław. The company, known for its games, puzzles, toys, and children’s books, has leased office space in the Dominikański complex.
The Ravensburger Group is an international family-owned company known for its games, puzzles, toys, and children’s books. It is opening a Global Business Services (GBS) center in Wrocław. The center will support the company’s headquarters in Germany as well as its other locations in Europe and the Americas, particularly in the areas of business services and digitalization.

We reported on the company’s plans in June. At that time, representatives of the Ravensburger Group met at City Hall with Wrocław Vice Mayor Jakub Mazur and announced the launch of the Wrocław branch. It is now known where it will be located—in the Dominikański office complex.
The complex is owned by Union Investment, and Knight Frank handles the leasing of the space. The consulting firm CBRE represented Ravensburger in the lease agreement.
Over 200 similar centers in Wrocław: one of Poland’s largest hubs for business services.
We chose Wrocław because of its convenient location and numerous advantages. The city is a strong business hub, offering not only good infrastructure but, above all, highly qualified, multilingual specialists in various fields.
Susanne Knoche, CSO at Ravensburger Group.
Susanne Knoche adds: “Our very positive experiences working with local tech startups—which impressed the company’s leadership with their creativity and expertise—also played a significant role in our decision.”
What the Wrocław team will focus on
The center will expand gradually over the coming years. One of its tasks will be to serve clients from across Europe. Artificial intelligence (AI) specialists will also work here, developing solutions that make it easier for clients to use the company’s services. The Wrocław team will collaborate with the headquarters in Ravensburg and with other branches of the group.
In the GBS and SSC sectors, we’re seeing growing interest in locations in downtown Wrocław and in the area around the Main Train Station. Today, the choice is determined not only by access to talent, but also by transportation, the range of services, and the quality of the work environment. Ravensburger is following this trend by choosing a location that supports the development of a modern, internationally oriented organization.
Marta Mądry, Director at CBRE.

Offices in the Dominikański Complex
According to Union Investment, despite the challenging situation in the office market, the complex continues to attract new tenants. The owner highlights the quality of the offices, good accessibility, and the downtown location.
Securing the Ravensburger Group is an important step in the development of the Dominikański complex and yet another example of how international organizations recognize Wrocław’s potential.
Anna Patrzyk-Sperzyńska, Head of Office Agency Wrocław at Knight Frank.
